Grade-Wise Admission Requirement

  • Pre-School (Pre-Nursery - Kindergarten): Birth certificate/smart card/ B.form, medical record, Parents ID Card and Passport size photograph of the student.
  • Lower Primary (Grade 1–2): Last school report card / Leaving certificate, Birth certificate/smart card/ B.form, medical record, Parents ID Card and Passport size photograph of the student.
  • Upper Primary (Grade 3-5): Last school report card / Leaving certificate, Birth certificate/smart card/ B.form, medical record, Parents ID Card and Passport size photograph of the student.
  • Middle-Year & Secondary School (Grades 6–10): Last school report card / Leaving certificate, transfer certificate(if any), Birth certificate/smart card/ B.form, medical record, Parents ID Card and Passport size photograph of the student.

Counseling

Our admission process begins with a counseling session, where parents are guided through all the necessary details about the school. During this session, our admission team provides information about the curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission requirements. Parents can also ask questions to better understand the school environment and choose the right class for their child.

Form Submission

Once the assessment is completed, parents are requested to submit the filled admission form along with all required documents (such as the child’s birth certificate, previous school report card, and passport-size photographs) to the admission office.

Meeting / Interview with the Principal

Parents and the student will be invited for a short meeting or interview with the Principal. This meeting helps us get to know the child better and allows parents to discuss any questions or expectations regarding the school.

Fee Submission

After final approval from the Principal, parents will receive the fee voucher for admission and the first month. The fee must be submitted within the given deadline to confirm the child’s seat.

Buying the Prospectus

After the counseling session, parents can purchase the school prospectus from the admission office. The prospectus includes important details about the school, admission guidelines, and the registration form that needs to be filled out to begin the admission process.

Test / Assessment

After registration, students will be called for an admission test or assessment.

  • For Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten: One combined assessment will be conducted to observe the child’s basic learning skills and readiness for school.
  • For Grade 1 and Above: Students will appear in three written tests English, Urdu, and Mathematics. Each subject requires at least 50% marks to qualify for admission.

This step helps us understand the child’s learning level and ensure proper placement in the right class

Delivering the necessary documentation:

  • Birth certificate / Passport
  • Medical certificate of intellectual and physical ability to attend school
  • Confirmation of settlement of the first instalment, semi-annual tuition or full tuition

For enrolment into the requested primary school grade:

  • Certificate of completion for the 5th grade of primary school if the child attended a
    national programme, or
  • Certificate of achievement for Year 6 if the child attended the Cambridge programme
    (preferably the Statement of result for Cambridge Primary), or
  • Certificate of achievement for Year 5 if the child attended the K12 system

Commencement of Classes

Once the admission process is complete, students can join their new classes on the announced date. Our teachers and staff warmly welcome new students and help them adjust comfortably to their new learning environment.

For enrolment into the requested secondary school grade:

  • Certificate of completing primary school for enrolment into the 1st grade, or
  • Certificate of completing the previous secondary school grade for enrolment into higher grades
